Refund & Shipping Policy (Read This Before You Order)

How Shipping Works

Every piece you order is pre-order only — no mass production here. I work with a solid supplier, and I place new orders every week to make sure y’all get nothing but quality. That means:

  • Your package will land at your door in 7–12 business days.

  • Once it ships, I’ll send you the tracking info so you’re never left guessing.


No Refunds – Store Credit Only

Everything is made-to-order, so all sales are final. BUT — if something shows up damaged or we mess up on our end (wrong size, wrong item, etc), hit me up within 5 days and I got you with either:

  • A replacement
    or

  • Store credit for something else you’ll love

Just make sure the item’s unworn, unwashed, and still in the original packaging. And be ready to send me a few pics so we can get it right.
